By purchasing our floor fans, table fans, or portable fans via our Shopify store, you agree to these terms. For support, use the contact info below.

1. Account & Shopify Platform

Registration: Provide accurate details (name, email, shipping address) when creating an account. Update info promptly (e.g., new address for a large floor fan order) to avoid delivery issues.
Platform Rules: Our store operates on Shopify—their Terms of Service govern payment security, account access, and checkout functionality. You’re responsible for unauthorized account use (e.g., unintended portable fan purchases).

Confirmation: After Shopify checkout, we verify stock (e.g., rechargeable portable fans, high-wind floor fans) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped (track via your Shopify order link).
Payments: Prices are final at checkout (excludes taxes/duties). Shopify Payments secures transactions (credit cards, PayPal, etc.). Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders cancel after 48 hours.
Cancellations: No personal cancellations post-confirmation. Forced cancellations incur a 7% fee (covers heavy-duty packaging for floor fans and order processing costs).

Specifications: Product details (fan size, speed settings, battery life for portables) follow Shopify product pages. Minor color variations (e.g., fan grille shades) are normal due to production batches.
Shipping: Adheres to our Shipping Policy. Our Sheridan hub (535 Airport Rd, Sheridan, WY, 82801) is not for delivery. A $9 / £7.20 re-shipping fee applies for wrong/incomplete addresses (higher for reshipping floor fans: $15 / £12).

Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, unassembled, original packaging intact); 15-day exchanges for defects (e.g., broken fan blades, faulty portable fan batteries, non-working speed controls).
Costs: We cover shipping for defective/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., changed fan size needs), you pay return shipping + 6% restocking fee (covers motor/ battery inspection, processed via Shopify Refunds).
Ineligible Items: Used fans (dust buildup, scratched casings), assembled floor fans, or portable fans with drained/ damaged batteries—refused.

Liability: We’re responsible for manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty table fan motors) but not for damage from improper use (e.g., floor fan tip-over due to unstable placement) or incorrect assembly. Shopify handles platform issues (e.g., payment errors).
Policy Changes: Terms may update—postings on our Shopify store take effect immediately. Continuing to shop signifies acceptance of updated terms.
