1. Eligibility Requirements

2. Process Steps
- Request: Email moraine-clerk-0z@icloud.com with your Shopify order number, fan type (e.g., rechargeable portable fan), reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof (e.g., photos of a dented table fan grille).
- Approval: We respond within 2 business days. Approved requests get a return address (our Sheridan hub: 535 Airport Rd, Sheridan, WY, 82801) and unique return ID.
- Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Secure floor/table fans with foam padding (reuse original box if possible); pack portable fans in padded mailers to protect batteries.
- Finalization: Inspection takes 3-5 days (focuses on motor functionality and part completeness). Eligible exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process via Shopify Payments in 3-5 business days.
3. Fee Details
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $20 / £16 via logistics receipt—higher for oversized floor fans).
- Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping + 6% restocking fee (covers motor testing, part count checks, and repackaging).
- Ineligible Items: Used fans (dust buildup, worn blades), assembled floor fans, or portable fans with damaged batteries—refused, you bear return shipping costs.
